tkk10's Terms and Conditions

tkk10 ("we", "our", or "platform") is an online entertainment and betting service provider in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkk10 website and all associated services. 2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on tkk10, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, date of birth, address and other information provided at registration must be accurate. tkk10 may at any time request additional documents for identity verification. Providing false information may result in account closure.

2.3 Account Security

You must keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If any unauthorised access to your account is detected, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use the tkk10 platform. Access to or use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. We operate an age verification process to protect minors.

3.2 Other Eligibility Requirements

• You must play in your own name and with your own funds.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction on gambling.
• You confirm that you are using this platform voluntarily.
• The funds you provide are earned from a legitimate source.

3.3 Age Verification Process

tkk10 reserves the right to verify your age at any time by means of a national identity card, passport or other valid identity document. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on tkk10 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and direct bank transfer. Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.

• All deposits must be made from the user's own payment account.
• Deposits made using a third-party payment account are not permitted.
• Make sure you provide the correct reference number when making a deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If verification is not completed before a withdrawal request is processed, there may be a delay.
• tkk10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). tkk10 does not charge any currency conversion fee, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus will be credited to the account automatically.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus funds become withdrawable after bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount have been placed. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 worth of bets.

• There is a specific time limit for completing the wagering requirement — contact support after receiving the bonus for more details.

• Bonus funds are spent before real money funds.
• Even if you wish to withdraw your deposit amount after receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

tkk10 has three VIP tiers. You can move to a higher tier based on regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback is credited each week at a set time. There is no wagering requirement on cashback amounts.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts, third-party cards or other fraudulent means will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled and the account may be closed. tkk10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available on tkk10 are operated by reputable third-party game software providers. Results are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fairness. tkk10 does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting:

• Bets placed before an event starts will not be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change in the case of in-play betting.
• In cricket betting, bets can be placed on various tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL.
• If match-fixing or unfair play is suspected, the relevant bets may be cancelled.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a software or server error results in an abnormal outcome, tkk10 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkk10 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

7.1 Financial Misconduct

• Using funds obtained from illegal or unknown sources.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Making credit card chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Using a third-party payment account.

7.2 Platform Abuse

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or "arbitrage" betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting to access another user's information without authorisation.

7.3 Other Prohibited Conduct

• Harassing or disturbing other users.
• Operating an account under a false identity.
• Using tkk10's intellectual property or brand materials without authorisation.
• Placing bets using advance knowledge of sports event outcomes or unlawfully obtained information.

8.1 Account Suspension by tkk10

tkk10 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of a breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• Evidence of bonus abuse.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact us via 24/7 live chat. Any valid balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
